Our Booking PolicyBefore your first Beauty or Pilates session, a consultation must be done to ensure that the services I provide are suitable for you. Before attending any Pilates sessions you must also have signed a PARQ. Before tinting you must have a patch test.

Treatments & Service
Before attending a Pilates session you may have to attend a Pilates Consultation if you have any medical history or have specific needs or requirements.
Please bring any medication or medical details i.e. physio exercises, MRI scans, heart or illness concerns.
You must fill out and sign the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) before your consultation, Natasha can email it to you or you can collect one from the Salon.
Please bring your PARQ to your consultation, this is so you and any medical practitioners you are currently with are happy with you attending Pilates. Before starting any personal exercise program, it's important to get a postural and core assessment. A body assessment shows how your muscles and joints work together and if there are any imbalances to be corrected. The muscles, joints and spine work together help you perform your best in every day life and sport without pain. You will have to undress to preferably your underwear so Photos can be taken. The more of the body we can see the better the assessment will be.
